Asha mobile collection
Very bad service and arrogant attitude

Sir,

I bought a mobile handset of blackberry bold 9000 from asha collection, 10 number, bhopal. At the i was purchasing, the shopkeeper was talking very nicely.

After that I faced some problem in the set, camera not working and not able to do video recording.

Apart from that 3g is also getting activate in the set.

I went to the shop and the way shopkeeper responsed was very bad.

I am not complaining about the mobile set because I know problem could be there.

But the way asha collection response was really against the consumer rights

please take some actions.
