I purchased Sony Ericsson Vivaz Mobile mobile from Naaptol online Shopping. I got it requested date as they said.

When I opened it after made payment to courier guy there I didn't received battery with product. Immediately I did called to Naaptol. Executive informed me that you will get call from our concern vendor within 48 working hrs & I had received the call after next day.

This guys was asking me issue what i was facing then I explained that I didn't received battery with my product. They said me you will be received your battery within next 7-10 days but I got it within a week. I like this best & fastest service which about my journey with neaptol.
