I had purchased mini Vox mobile from naaptol at 2298 /- i was not happy on the receipt of the product, as it was very difficult for me to understand the function of the handset and i thought i have lost

all my money in this handset. But still i wrote mail to crm@naaptol.com and they instructed me to send back the product for refund. I did followed the instruction and send the product to Naaptol however, i was skeptical if i would receive my money or not. but after 10 days i got my refund cheque without any deductions.

I m greateful to customer service people of naaptol. THank you all who helped me in returning my money.

This was the best experience & expected service after sale which every customer would desire to get.
