Since last one week am following up to reconnect my tv cable. Whenever i call every time they take the details and forget that.. When i call the second time also they take the details and forgot. In short i understand that nobody to take care the customer. and the people who are sitting in the office is engaged with another job.. This is ridiculous to get a negative attitude from employees of Asianet, one of the biggest satellite communication channel in India.
