Poor service & undue deduction of money from my balance

Electronics and household app.

I am using airtel’s GPRS from 5-6 months.

But from 2 months I am loosing Rs11.99 successively even when my GPRS is not active. I complaint to customer care, & they refund me Rs 11.99 after 48 hr.

But in that 48 hr i loose another Rs 28 (Rs 11.99 11.99).

And i cannot make another complain whithin that 48hr, otherwise i have to wait for next 48hr from last made requist.

This is repeating from 2 months. They apologize for that & says it will not happen again. But it is happening again & again.

Now the condition is more worst! They stop refunding the amount, but the deducting process is still on. I cant understand what to do...

Airtel's service is too poor.

It is just WORST!!!
