Breach Of Integrity and Responsibility With Custome

I have Purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton Windows A/c from Bajaria- ghanta ghar (Ghaziabad) suitated voltas dealer i.e. Atul Radio on june 11. Since i have buyed the air conditioner there was contionous problem on the display PCP screen.

I have registered complaint for the same in the Voltas office ghaziabad and informed the vendor (Atul Radio) for this everytime i faced the issue.

After several complaints two employees from the voltas workshop turned to my house and they took the PCP saying that the PCP is having some technical problem and we wud replace this with a new one and then they took the PCP, same thing was communicated from our side to Atul-Radio and they affirmitively asked us to return the PCP to the technicians and they didn't gave us any receipt for the recieving of the PCP from my house, when i enquired about this with Atul Radio they again said this is not a problem and they don't give any recieving receipt for such things and since then the technicians have never returned.

I have been continously going to voltas workshop and atul radio to get the PCP back but no one is turning out positively.

Either the workshop people say they are not aware of any such PCP and the vendor Atul Radio says they have not been informed on any suchthing.

It's really shameful of these vendors when they just for sake of selling their commodities/goods promise for highest degree of service and once they succeed in selling off then they don't even care whether the customer purchased good is working or not.
