PF not settled even after 8 months

My self Nilesh Singh has been offered for the post of Trainee- Sales Engineer on 12 May for a bond of 2 years. After working for 8 months, one day they told me that you have to give resignation as this company would diminish. And when i gave them the resignation and applied for PF and conveyance, they told me that you have to first complete Full n Final procedure. I told them that from my side there is no work left out for Full n Final they told me that "ok, we will look after this matter ". Now when i call them they again saying that you will not get your PF. I don't know what's the matter.

I want to lodge a F.I.R against this company, as i am totally frustrated by this rude and irresponsible behaviour of this company.

Please help me...
