Egarding illegel deduction of balance

Sir,

I am having your retailer plan bearing no. 919929946200... I am facing the problem of illegal deduction of my main account balance... Whenever i send any sms on any idea number (e.g. wat I do on 9887456597), the result is deduction of one rupee sometimes, even when I have recharged my cell with sms pack of Rs. 36/-...also there is deduction of balance whenever i message on 919785076871... and also on most of the occasions message doesnt reach to the person I am intending to..the delievery report comes to be failed... Kindly pay attention to my problem...
