I am Dr. Shilpa Vinit Kshirsagar, Order No. CI10295, had purchased Blackberry 8110 Pearl with Camera On 13th June. it is having some major Problems for which i had contacted NR-infotech service station. They Advice me to Communicate with you to send the handset for evaluation or replacement as per need.

kindly treat this complaint as very urgent as this is the second time i am having the major Problem with the hand set.

Following are the problems with this handset

1. Bluetooth Pairing is not possible

2. Does not connect with the computer

3. Does not show Media/Memory card

4. Does not show data saved in the memory card

This is for your kind information and necessary action.
