I have shopped a Blackberry 8320 on 21 Apr through JETAIRWAYS Flight no : 9W 2736 with 9999 rupees (Invoice No: JSBLR 5432) which seems to be used handset & moreover camera in handset were removed & covered with black sheet. I have registered the complaint on 22 Apr to AVA Merchandising & got the replacement from the Ritco Blackberry Customer Support on 12 May. Still i am not happy with Handset which has more issue like panel seems to be duplicate, Handset is hanging, etc. I have all related document. So expecting your consideration lodging a complaint against them getting the justice for Consumer.
