Fraud at avamerchandising

Hi,

Based on the Offer pamphlets enclosed along with my Platinum Credit card statements from Imy Bank, I had ordered for a Berg tandoor through online seller in the month of June'2010 (21st June'2010). I have been told at the time of booking that, My order will be received in 21 working days. its was more than 2 months and I haven't received my order. I have made several calls to their customer care (Ph Number: 01244697999), every time I call them they say that my order will be dispatched in next week. When I asked them to cancel the order also, they said it'll take one month for the process. I have asked them to cancel (on 21st July) and credit the amount back to my credit card, but till date it has not been done.
