Product Not Receievd - False Commitment

AVA Merchandising - The worst shopping experience. Please never go for it.

Hi,

One of the worst I have seen till date. I did buy from gift360.in and it was preety fine. I got this promotion offer with the Standard Chartered Credit Card bill. I trusted it because it came with Stan Chartered which I have been using for the last 3 years without problems. They didn't forget to charge me the amount within 10 mins of ordering but even after 23 days have passed and they need another 7 working days with the excuse that they don't have stock. If they never had the stock why the hell did they charge. I have already lodged 3 complaints with them with ref numbers - C/22/05/10/022, C/23/05/10/011 and C/25/05/10/013. I was told every time that I will get a call from their Boss / Supervisor, but the cowards never had the guts to call me and answer my queries.

Finally I gave up and asked them to cancel my order as they have already violated the promised date of time. They didn't cancel it in the beginning with the excuse that it will take 45 days to refund the amount and its better that I take the product. I dont understand that how they take 1 minute to charge the amount and 45 days to refund the amount when a government owned website like irctc.co.in also refunds the money within 2-3 working days. Anyways, I insisted to cancel and finally they agreed to cancel and send me the another complaint number instead of the cancellation number. I HAVE RECORDED THE CONVERSATION WITH THE CALL CENTRE AGENT OF AVA CONFIRMING THE CANCELLATION. Just in case if the money doesn't get refunded, I might sue them.

Please advise me if I need to do anything else.

I have burned my hands now and would never buy any product online ever again. I have already put this complaint also to Standard Chartered.
