REgarding Product

Hi

My Name is Ravinder Attri. I have purchased One sky line Induction Cooker (Product Code 1937) and Nova Cordless Tea & Coffee maker (Product Code 1963) on 08/02. I had not checked the product at counter. At home when I used the product at home I found that Induction cooker is not working. Immediately I informed to the customer care of the company. They have replaced my product within three working days on 13/02 I got new Induction Cooker.
