Poor delivery service & not refund my money last six month

DEAR SIR/MADEM

I place the order of PHILIPS music system in AVA the Dream Merchants company in 01 Aug.2010 thru my hdfc cr.card but i do not receive my music system till date. I complaint maximum time of the company but company not response & not refund my money or my order. My arun & company staff not write my complaint for refund my money.

Kindly refund my money as soon as possible because my money blocked this company moor time.
