NON ATTEDING COMLAINT IN WARRANTY PERIOD

Ludhiana Mgr. MR. sanjeev contact no. 09216165120. This complaint regarding meet our home. Approximate 6.45 pm & date 24/12/09. Fault is identify

1. Gear noise.

2. Clutch assembly break.

3. Rusting whole body (due to water leakage).

Manger do not reply for this complaint regarding. & waste our time.

The toploading washing machine model no. aw-60-806 . It had not been repaired during warranty period, I complaint to shopkeeper (bathinda darpan sales). He says to me complaint forward to IFB bathinda service center. After complaint bathinda IFB serviceman not tackle the problem. I talk to guddy & diveash IFB tollfree no. this complaint regarding . also same procedure forward to Bathinda manager. The manager at bathinda is not even attending the Problem. problem not sort out so even extra problem create. They had broken the clutch assembly while repairing. machine is not working. bathinda serviceman roughly langauge & not washing machine handle.

(manager says to me go to the coat. your case file in two year.)

The call to Mr amrik singh, their manager at has also not evoked any respose. We are forced to wash clothes by hand in this season since at last 6 months. we are tired to complaints. Ever since I have made several calls to the customer care. The workers, totally unskilled, finally turned up, could not dignose the problem

POOR SERVICE QUALITY

IN SPITE OF LODGING SEVERAL COMPLAINTS, COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO REPAIR THE MACHINE PROPERLY. THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT YET EXPIRED. ILL RESPONSE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE TODAY.
