Talktime not given as sent in the offer message

I have an airtel prepaid connection. On 8th december i got an offer message that if i recharged on 8th dec for Rs. 888 i would be given a talktime of Rs. 786. But this didn't happen. i was given a taltime of Rs.665 only. inspite of me complaining more than ten times at the airtel customer care number, i haven't been given the balance amount till now (18th dec07). people sitting there at the customer care numbet just send me a request reference number and do nothing else. this makes me feel very sick of this airtel.
