Automatic Switch off and Re start

Just 4 months back, I purchased Samsung B 7722, From the start it auto matically restarts.

Now it stopped working. When I try to start it, it automatically switch off.

Very worst model. No one Please dont buy this worthless product from Samsung.

Can any one suggest, how I can lodge a compliant with consumer forum.
