I placed an order on Univercell.in on 14th July, and the great store shows the order status as approved. I wait for 10 days and call the customer service. They say I need to contact the bank as they were unable to find the approval confirmation.

I write to the bank, and bank send the transaction details. I forward this to Univercell support id which was on the invoice.

No response, I call their number, no response

Do not order in Univercell, its horrible
