Non receipt of Item/refund

Dear Sir

Iam D.Ramesh ordered for a Samsung LCD TV worth Rs:17699.00 after receiving a call from Bagittoday.

I paid an amount of 17699.00 thru credit card in the month of june and till now i dinnot received the item or my money refund.

I wasted so much of money in making calls to Bagittoday customer care and to order@bagittoday.com, offers@bagittoday.com, feedback@bagittoday.com, but of no use.

My booking ID is:440031411.

In the month of August/ September bagittoday people told me that my order has been despatched to ARAMEX courier and the packing code is 6169364891..again a suspition here I called up aramex customer care they told me that my order has been sent back to DELHI….again next day I called up aramex courier they told me that the packing is at Hyderabad and they r planning to send back…lot of confusion and suspition. Finally i didnt received my item.

In the month of October they told me that they are going to return my money and my refund ID is: RE10004743 but till now i didnot receive my refund money.

Please look into the truce facts and advise furtther action.
