Non receipt of product even after two months

Dear Sir,

The odernr no 0GA 100056845 (memebership no. ITBC10387803) was placed on 29th Oct and the payment also was received by you. I enquired the fate by mail on 4th November for which there was no reply.

On contacting over telephone, I was informed that the item is ready for despatch and I will receive the item within 8 days. Since I did not receive the item, I raised the issue to you on 16th and your mail and my rreply is trailing below.

I had requested refund of the amount if the item is not despatched by 20th Nov.

I am sorry to note that you have not bothered to revert to my request.

I, therefore, request you to despatch the item immidiately and confirm to me by returm mail.

Please note that this mail is without prejudice to my right to seek legal remedies for the deficiency in service.
