I am sorry to inform you that i placed a order no .1003522973 on 10.03.2011 for a NUMURO UNO WATCH of cost Rs.499 from :

TODAY RETAIL NETWORK PVT.LTD

B-47, INDIRA ENCLAVE NEB SARAI

NEW DELHI-110068.

I received a parcel ON 17.03.2011

from them. I got stunned on opening this parcel, a SUNGLASS was in it, which was ordered by MR.VISHAL VERMA, ROOM NO.102, KAMAL BOYS HOSTEL, NEAR

SPRING DALE SCHOOL, PUNE.MAHARASHTRA-411041.Its order no is 1003518269.

I returned the parcel on the same day for replacement. Amount Rs.499 has been paid to the delivery man.

Now about 25 days have been passed but they have not sent my order of NUMURO UNO Watch. I have wriiten many e-mails to contact@bagittoday.com &

Dominic. Savio@intoday.com but they are not responding properly.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
