No Refund on cancellation of Order from Vendor side

Please refere to tele sales order no. order no TELESALES/0GA100039030 Dtd. 08/11 placed on Indiatoday book club. This order was cancelled by vendor due to non availability of goods. Payment was made trough credit card. On cancellation indiatoday book club has to repay this money but till 12.02.2011 the amount of Rs 15699.00 was not refunded. Some fake mails about refund of money was also sent to me but after inquiry with bank it was found that Bag it today has not refunded the amount.
