WRONG INFORMATION TO CIBIL

I had purchased a TV from Unilet services and it was financed by Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd in the year 2006.

I had given PDC's for the loan availed and some of the PDC's were presented and got cleared but some PDC's were not presented. They are stale check now. I had requested their representative several times to come and collect the balance amount after handover the stale dated PDC, s but nobody has turned up yet.

When i got the report form CIBIL it is appearing as "Written Off" due to this my credit rating as gone down and not able to get credit facility from any other bank.

Please resolve this as soon as possible.
