Problem In loan A/c No. 4280CD00002771

As i have a consumer durable goods loan with the name Rohit Khandelwal with loan A/c No. 4280CD00002771 via Infiniti retail (Croma).

As i told Management Employee present in Surat.(Mr. Vijay) there is a mistake in your system & please rectify it. They always tell that i have mail in HEAD OFFICE it means that they are not updating in your system or Surat Office Person is not sending the matter.to head office - PUNE

The matter is that my Loan ECS Start from 05/10, but in your system it shows 05/09 as for the proof i have given xerox copy of LTAS (Loan term Agreement Sheet) at Surat branch. Due to this mistake i have to pay Rs 1500/- to ICICI BANK as Cheque return charges. (Bank Statement Copy Submitted also at SURAT - Adajan Branch)

To the telli caller i told more than 15 times that check the documents first & then call but the process continues that your loan is pending..

To settle this matter i have visited at Surat Adajan branch, while getting discuss i have paid ECS of OCT & NOV. & DEC., But regularly collection boy visit at residence and Telli Caller telling your ECS of SEPTEMBER is pending, (as i told that no collection boy will visit at my residence)

What is this reply me the same or what to do in this matter?? i will continue as per LTAS copy,

where is the fault i don't know. why should i bear.
