Poor After sales service

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we had purchased 13 wall fans for our restuarant in Behala, Kolkata 6 months back. Out of the 13 fans 12 fans are making noise while rotating. We had made complaints four times regarding this (Complaint No.1527 & talked to Mr. Kanai Ghosh). On first complaint a technician had come & said some parts have to be changed and he will visit within 2 days with the required parts. But after that day no one reported again inspite of reminding three more times. We had purchased Bajaj fans thinking that its after sales service will be good but we are fully disappointed regarding this.

Hope you will look into the matter at the earliest & do the needful.
