But now they are saying that I AM not made the payment i have to pay. Rs. 31769... with penalty..(6415 installment 25354 over due)... I have the bank statement with proof that they are cleared the amount...

Because of this issue MY bank rejected my personal loan 2, 50, 000... So please help sir..
