Do not buy Kutchina Chimney Very poor quality product Stanza model

I have purchased Kutchina's Stanza model on 10/02 and since the day of purchase I have been sorry about my decision. The sales man told me that it was a 3rd generation technology and that it cleans oil automatically. But since the very first day the chimney has been making awkward sounds, on complaining the service man came and tried to convince us that it is normal for a chimney to make such noise, but the condition kept getting worse. Since last month oil is dripping on the gas oven and sometimes in our food. We have finally thrown it away and bought Shakers chimney after seeing their ad in newspapers. Now finally we have peace of mind.

Please do not buy Kutchina chimeny, they have very poor quality and worst after sales service. The office people speak to customers in very rough manner. i think the government should take steps against such dubious companies.
