This is to inform you that Essar Marketing is not sending their service engineer to attend the noise in the kutchina Kitchen chimney (Product - KH, Model- Vogue SS, Inv. No- A/083, Date Of purchase- 24-08-09 & Purchased from Essar Marketing, 1191, Jessore Road, Kolkata-700028.Phone-033 2547 2870) & for servicing, though it is within one year Warranty period & life time warranty for chimney motor (if the noise is from Chimney).

Essar representative repeteadly tried over phone for a service contract so that they can come & attend the problem. But I refused to do so within this one year guarantee period.

I shall be highly obliged if you would kindly help me to solve this problem at an early date.
