Bargain 365 send not working mobile

I ordered *(order no.31218)* in rate of 3299/- One mobile phone *n8* in

read *navbharat times newspaper* of your advertisement. After one week I

got this mobile by *blue dart courier* but when I opened this packet and

seem all mobile parts taken from inside, I think this phone had opened mechanically by

anybody before and also DID not get this mobile phone charger and manual

dairy. I also went service center but service center send me again same not working mobile by same courier

I think this is totally fraud. Please help me and show me right direction

to teach and registered against complaint bargain 365.
