Improper delivery schedule

On 2.11.10, we purchased (CA 1551, Dt 02.11.10) from Cams Corner P Ltd, 8/1, Middelton Row, Kolkata, one LED Tv 26LE5300 attendede by Mr, Jitendra Agarwal, M.No 9836434023, it was to be delivered & installed before 4 p m on Dt 10.11.10 at 71, Christopher Road, Kolkata 700046. which telephonicaly reminded on 09.11.10.

On 10.11.10 again remind Mr. Jitendra, and he said any time after 1pm it will be delivered. Sorry to inform you that at 3.54pm a gentelman called from 9674720746 and asked me the address. When I explained that it was to be delivered and installed before 4 pm, he said the dealer informed now so he cant help and speak talk to dealerand showed innability to deliver next day at 11am, again we called the dealer he said I will speak to call you and very surprisingly at 8.03pm from M.No. 9830833564 asked me to confirm the address to deliver the TV.

My Sky TV and CC TV people came as shedule on 10.11.10 at 4pm and left without doing any thing. Now I request you that either refund me the money or allow me to take delivery from shop and we will do the installation our self only.

You are a big company and publicise as professional and customer friendly? Thsi was our fierst LG product and sorry to say not a very good one.
