Hi,

really fed-up with your service to the customer. i have been facing the display issues at my 29" color TV.

the same has been registered at your service center 3 times and no response for it.

the complaint No FYR - BAN 2607110156.

And the great company where i bought the TV, ie, Baron electronics is one more worst response center same like SANSUI

this is my first time of getting in to the sansui family and decided not to even turn on the same in furture.

Now i hate the TV as well i need the TV replacement rather replacing the parts in it.

the date of purchase is may.

if am not getting any support even after seeing this complaint, i will be shooting case in consumer court.

pls do not push me to that situation.
