BEING RELIANCE CUSTOMER FOR MORE THAN 8 YEARS IAM CAME ACROSS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE OF RELIANCE, WHO HAS BEEN DISCONNECTING MY CALL FOR A COMPLAINT. I HAVE RECHARGED THE CURRENCY FOR RS 50/- (BALANCE OF RS.42/- AND ODD) THE SAME AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED WITH NIL BALANCE AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, 3RD OR 4TH TIME HAPPENED TO ME. BECAUSE OF OUR WORK LOAD WE DIDNT TAKE SERIOUSLY FOR 1ST OR 2ND TIME HAPPENED TO US . FROM TODAY ALL OUR CALLS HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED (AFTER A FEW SECONDS CONVERSATION) SO IAM EXTREMELY NOT HAPPY WITH THE RELIANCE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES.FINALLY I WANTED MY RECHARGED AMOUNT AND GOOD RESPONSE FROM THE RELIANCE.
