Deduction of money of Rs 50

Hai myself sanjay. I am from VIZAG. my mobile no is 9963843846. on 02/04. i made a easy rechage of rs 125, after getting my balance, I got a message saying cricket pack has been activated in your account and Rs 50 has been deducted from your account for the same. then at the same time i called to customer care then they deactivated that cricket pack and assured me that your money will be refunded in 01 hour. After 01 hour my money has not been refunded but they deactivated my customer care services till now i am not being able to make any contact with your representative, on 06/04 by using another handset i called customer care and asked for a senior representative to solve my problem but till now my money has not been refunded
