My bluetooth hands free is not working after using for 2 months

Dear Sir,

My self suresh chandra and i have bought "Nokia BH-503" hands free recently (22/10) and it was working good till yesterday i.e., 8/12. The problem i noticed is one of the speaker is not working. I have tried to call CICONIA no. (9769803047/8). But i could not able to. Please solve this issue at the time of purchase the warranty was for 6 months.
