Delay in delivery of cylinde

Dear sir,

on 28th feb i booked a cylinder on Bharat Gas Agency, Tilak path, Indore. cylinder no. 11394

the told to deliver within 10 days, but when i called today again, they replied that you have not booked any cylinder.

sir they book after 21 days after deliver a cylinder and again they deliver within 10 days.

plz sir take any action against this firm.
