Electrolux refrigerator not received

I may kindly bring to your notice that, I Mr. Ram Mohan Patra (Retailer of yours) At/PO :- Loisingha, Dist – Balangir (Odisha) Phone No -06653-274293 & 9437891005 (M) bearing Petro Card No-CA0000772650, Code – 8112 has not received Refrigerator Electrolux DC-180 Ltrs. RR Prem till today yet.

I was eligible to get this through redemption voucher (reward of Refrigerator Electrolux DC-180 Ltrs. RR Prem), which the Points redeemed 502596, Voucher Issue date was – 10.02.2009. Despite several reminders and follow up to Videocon people (BBSR) has insisted to pay Rs.1100/- to get this. However I have deposited the same by DD No-308515 Dtd. 22.02.2010 drawn at State Bank of India and send through courier GOODLUCK Commercial Service POD No-19054 on Dtd 24.02.2010 to Videocon Industries Ltd., Raj Path Motor, Plot No.263, Annapurna Complex, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar – 751009 along with voucher. This amount is also not being informed earlier; as Electrolux refrigerator is not available and Videocon product will be given to me. I have paid as per the representative said. But the story is unchanged and not received yet.

What is the issue, please confirm me, it is going to more than 1 year. Being an old, honest and regular retailer, I will not go forward with you, if it goes like this. I have spent so many on phones calling to BBSR (0-9937086512) and my time and energy also. So, please send this product as early as possible, otherwise I will seek for the legal action against you for cheating and will publish the same in all major Media (TV & Print).
