Failure of electronic device

Respected sir,

I am kailash sulbhewar. I have the petrol pump in jodmoha. in that case i have face some problems like some defects in our pump. I have such complaints which are as follows:

1.The MS pole is not working of our petrol pump.

2.The mercury light is OFF.

3.Eblum seat right and left are cracked.

4.Dry way pole and back side pole is not there.

This type of situation are occured in our pump so please help us for repairing and feedback us as soon as possible. Because from long time i was submit my complaints but you were not responding us. so plz plz plz give us reply and take some action.
