No address of offices wher to submit documents

Yesterday I recieved a call from 912233749200 that my number 9867704003 does not belong to me. I should rsubmit the documents within 72 hours or else my phone will be disconnected. I wanted to know as to where the documents can be submitted ut I feel that the message was pre-recorded and therefore, did not answer me. He also informed me that the ohone is in some other person's name. The documents are to be submitted within 72 hours.

Why don't these people send the SMS and inform as to where the documents are to be submitted.
