My cell no. is 9892645958, prepaid, isssued from Mumbai region. Outgoing is barred due to non submission of certain documents. The prepaid card is of mumbai and I am residing out of Mumbai and not able to go at Mumbai immediately. The documents are not being accepted elsewhere. What to do?
