Customer care executive 's misbehave

Sir

when i call to customer care of haryana on 18.11.2010 at 10.04 pm then a lady picks the phone & gives no proper answer of my quiry. i askeed himto transfer call to her manager but she dont do it .& cut my line

currently i m the customer of vodafone & airtel both

but now i realise that airtel give no proper customer care service

they just want to waste the time of customer

my v no. is 08053203749 & i have make call to c.care exectiv through this no.
