Mod vod deactivation

Its been more than 2 months a rs 5/- Is being deducted from my reliance mobile no 8010130595 everyday with a message displaying from 57007 as mod vod combine product at 5/- .Wap. Mauj.Com/Utp/L13745v1539x90010v2/Sub/Index.Php? page=reliance_push_alert. If available balance than everyday message from 57007 and than deduct my balance and no balance no message. I talk with customer care from reliance communication (kolkata) but no response. Pl deactivate this service urgently.
