Frequent debits for "VALUe ADDED SERVICES"

I am holder of "AIRTEL PREPAID PLAN" Mobile Connection and the No. is 9840357265. Of late, a sum of Rs.30/- is quite frequently debited towards "Value Added Services" like HELLO TUNES, CHATS etc., without our requiring any of those services. As soon as the amount is taken, I have to contact 198, talk to the Consumer Executives after waiting of minimum of TEN MINUTES, request them to reverse the Debit entry of Rs.30/-. Immediately, it will be done, but the very next day or on the SAME Day Rs.30/- will again be taken away for some other services, not asked for. I am fed up with this harrasment and I have already decided NOT TO TOP UP the connection any further in future.
