Unauthorised deduction of money from mobile account

I am Kajal Kumar Rudra, customer of your mobile service. On 11/07 Rs 30.00 has been deducted from my mobile account for subscription of stock news service, though i have not subcribed for the same. On 12.7.2012 i have received one message that i have been succcesfully unsubcribed from stock news service though i have not unscribed. I am regret to inform you that my mobile account is not still updated. Either i will inform the higher authority for unauthorised deduction of money or i will go to the court to find the calpit who is doing this type of nonsence things. my mobile no.9641236977.
