Nokia C-3 Faulty Handset

Bhartiya Vision (Nokia Priority Dealer) 76-Khanna Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi-110003.TIN No.o71500023233 dated-22/10 given me a Faulty C-3 mobile Handset. When I went to Nokia care center at Raj Nagar District Center to repair it, The technician showed me that the Phone is opened before and there is pest on it so they cannot repair it. So I called up Bhartiya Vision the dealer, he said you go other Nokia Care center and show it or what ever you can. I am not going to listen to you. So please help me the Dealer took Rs 6400 when the cost of the phone is Rs5700.I have register a complain with Nokia Customer care they said we will look after the matter with our senior officials, and get back to you. But I am cheated by Bharatiya Vision.
