Bhimavaram universal mobile show room
Very bad service and my mobile was stolen by bhimavaram universal .and they said courier was missing so u r mobile was lost.i am hurted these words

My name is naresh kumar .i am from chanamilli.i purchase a mobile from bhimavaram universal branch, model sony erisson spiro walkman series.but it raised so many problems with in 1 week from purchesed date.soo i went to universal mobile show room and i will ask service.bcz of i have 1 year guarenty and insurance.they taken my cell but it will not return back to me up to 3 months.and i am asked to those peoples every 4days in a week for my cell but they said it is under processing and u r mobile send to hyd for servicing.actual reason is courier was missing from hyd to bvrm.i am using that mobile just for 1week..after 3months they replace nokia c2-06.again it is creating some problems..but now iam adjust .in nokiac2-06 there is no delete button in call log (dialled, missed, recieved) soo its a defect model.soo be carefull
