Not recieved real product & they have given wrong product by currior

I have oredred IDE 8i mobile handset to Bigadda shop on 17th July on phone since read ther advertisement in news paper. They given me ordered number i.e. 600019192. after one week I recieved packed wrapping box of mobile handset by courior. I have paid them full payment. He dint allow me to open this product that time. When I found the wrong product in the box, I called them immediately & registered my complaint. They said ok they will provide the right product within two days. after that I have send 2-3 emails to them but still there is no response by written.

After that till date means its almost two months passed away but they dint give my product back or dint picked up wrong one also. The response from them is only..."We are sorry & you will get it very soon... in two days more... again in next week... etc." I am really tired of it now.

Even they do not tale any follow up from customers also.

Please do somthing & take action against this organization.
