Order Products not received only empty parcel received

Please note that it is very disappointing that a company like Reliance is cheating the customer as my order no. 100008580 dt. 03/07 reached to me today by Aramex AWB 6251311312 and while opening the packet if found nothing was inside only a cartridge rapped with a piece of papers which i return back to the courier delivery boy with a letter mentioned that there was nothing inside. It is very disgusting that sister company of Reliance is cheating the people & after that when i called customer care guys they miss behaved with me & abused me.

If i will not get my money refund back in 24 hrs will put the case in consumer forum & court too.

This is the humiliation & mental tension which i got from BIGADDA SHOP .
