Not getting phone bills by post

I have not rec'd phone bills by post for last two months, despite repeated reminders. My complaint no. Dated 14 /6 is 51204187. I find it difficult to visit web world to pay bills, as i find it easier to drop the cheque along with the counterfoil of your bill in the reliance drop box near my house.
