Not received Delivery of Product

I have purchased one LG TV on Sunday 17th Jan from BIG BAZAAR Pune-Satara road I have paid the down payment imediatly & made the check payment for finance but now till date i have not received delivery of the same. when I asked for the same no boday providing appropriate reasone for the dealy. this is the worst experiance I have got by purchasing LG TV from BIG BAZAAR.
