Defective microwave oven

We purchased a convection microwave oven on 15Oct.'09 from big bazaar Jaipur with an assurance that they will give demo and services through their Kota Big bazaar branch (as we live in Kota). Person who came for demo found that microwave was defective and it was not working. He said defective part would be replaced within few days but that part has not been replaced yet now. Even after reminding Big bazaar about this many times, our problem has not been solved.
